How is CRISP™ licensed?

CRISP™’s licensing model is straight forward and flexible.

Licensing is sold as an auto-renewing yearly single subscription unit with a fixed number of named users with administrative access to dedicated WordPress instances of CRISP™ assets, one instance per initiative: TFGs and Protocols are non-downloadable on-line reference documents, all Key Artifacts are downloadable with no usage restrictions.

Each license also includes Certified CRISP™ Practitioner training for up to three users per license term and multiple copies of the book “Optimizing M&A Execution with CRISP™: Mitigating the Risk of Using Yesterday’s Playbook in Today’s World.” There are no incremental or variable cost components in the license.

Private/white label or bespoke version licensing is also available.
