Licensing is sold as an auto-renewing yearly single subscription unit with a fixed number of named users with administrative access to a dedicated WordPress instance of CRISP™ assets: TFGs and Protocols are non-downloadable on-line reference documents, all Key Artifacts are downloadable with no usage restrictions.

Each license also includes multiple copies of the book “Optimizing M&A Execution with CRISP™: Mitigating the Risk of Using Yesterday’s Playbook in Today’s World.” And there are no incremental or variable cost components.

Private/white label or bespoke version licensing is also available.
