FLOW

FLOW is an acronym for Foundation for Leveraging Organizational Work-streams.

FLOW is the on-line reference source for foundational concepts on which the CRISP™ Method is based. It explains the rationale and connection between the communication model, the protocols and the artifacts.
It also contains important assumptions and constraints that will affect the degree of optimization that can be expected from the Method given organizational constraints.

FLOW is based on concepts drawn from multiple industries and field-hardened usage and observations over the past 40+ years. The concepts utilize findings from neuroscience, sociology, psychology, communication theory, and other disciplines. The bedrock is constituted from clients who benefited from the practices.
